I had Pcos, but my periods was getting regular from last few months. And last month I got periods again on time but it was for 2 days (brown) I thought it was normal. After 15 days I got my periods again. (Red) what can be reason? I'm worried.

Hi ,I am 31 years old female from last 3 periods I am getting cramps in right side of the lower stomach. The cramps gets so much worse that I vomit. Currently I am on second day of the period and yesterday and today i took meftal spas to overcome thr pain. But as soon as the tablet effect is over right side pain comes again. Please suggest

I got HCG injection on my day 14. Today is day 15.still it's not reptured.why?my gynecologist said,if a follicular not reptured then it is converted into cyst.is it true?
