My wife taking regostrone 10 mg to control heavy periods.. everything fine but from last 3,4 days spotting happens with pain and doctor say double the dose .. with one double dose next day she passing clots with bleeding and pain.. what will be the cause

I got my periods on 9th june and i started femilon on 10th. I missed a pill on 15th june and took regular tablet on 16th ...do i require emergency contraception?

My baby is almost 4 months old and I stoped pumping milk a while ago is there any medicine that can help increase the production ?

Hi Doctor, Please check my colour doppler report my height is 5 inch till 32 week my growth is going proper but suddenly it's goes slow as per my period it is 38 week but in scan showing 36 week. Need your suggestion is everything is OK or should I go for c sec delivery and when. I don't want any risk as I already have history of missed abortion.

I have an ultrasound report from Aug 2022 which says no Cyst in Ovary. I never had any kind of Ovary cyst in the past. In May 2023 ultrasound there was an incidental finding of an Endometriotic cyst of size 5.4*4.2*4.9 (Vol : 55cc) in right ovary but i had no symptoms of cyst at all and also regular periods. My doctor put me on Dinogest 2mg and i am taking this tablet since exactly 30 days. Today i took an ultrasound scan and the cyst size in right ovary has decreased and size now is 4.4*2.7*3.7 (Vol : 23cc). In just 30 days of taking Dinogest, the size has decreased this much. Is this really an Endometriotic cyst or could just be a Haemorragic Cyst ??? ( Note : i do not have any other health problems, the ultrasound scan was done yearly just as a part of health package)

Hi, I'll be using femilon for the first time... Does it increases my weight ? Iam 74 kilos .. I definitely don't want to increase any more weight... Femilon was advised as 3 packets for hemorrhagic cyst . I do not have PCOD and I have regular periods. please help
