Hba1c increased
I want to ask a question regarding my mother health. She suffered a disease (cancer) 3 years ago but now she is free from cancer and have low energy to do any work and 1 year ago she suffered from itching in the private parts doctor suggested us to test the hba1c test and hba1c was 5.9 of my mother and recently we have again test her hba1c test and it increased to 6.3. My question is how to reduced the level of hba1c by following diet and is there any chances in future that she will became a diabetic patient. Thanks

HbA1c is a test to diagnose diabetes and also to assess the severity of the disease.  Your HbA1c level rising means that you are not aware what HbA1c test is meant for. Please consult a General Physician in your area for further assessment. You will have to go for diet control and you may also need oral antidiabetics .
