Well funny story I used a cucumber up there...nd it wasn't lubricated also I was on my periods.. Oh god yes... I started my periods on Monday 12th nd this I did on Friday nd the burning started yesterday. Also im still bleeding nd it burns when I pee I suppose I hurt myself but my periods don't normally last this long so the blood is a little concerning cuz its not less flow.. So what should I do?

I am 36 years old female. I have 9 cm fibroid in the fundo posterior wall of uterus, away from endometrial cavity. Can it be treated without surgery? Doctor suggested a surgery but I am looking for an alternative treatment without impacting the fertility. As I am currently single and looking to get married soon and I am not comfortable with the surgical procedure. Please guide me about the treatment.
