Does femilon cause hair fall ? I'll be using it for the first time What are the other sofe effects of taking femilon?

Hi I'm a 32 yr old... I'm on my 37th day of my period cycle and still haven't got my periods. I had taken ipill on the 8th day of the cycle. Before this pill I had also taken an ipill 3 weeks ago. So there is a 3weeks of gap between 1st ipill to 2nd ipill. Kindly let me know how to go about it.

I have pcod and hirsutism. I dont have thyroid and prolactin, but AMH is  slightly higher than normal range and suffering from hairloss in recent few weeks.  my gynae given me aldactone for this. But the problem is i am on my weight loss journey. Do this progesterone based anti androgen (aldactone) will affect my weight loss journey? If so,  then will any non-progesterone based anti androgen drug help for my hirsutism and hair loss problem? Then please suggest any of those drug

Hello I am having vomitting on daily basis even though i got my periods if there is chances of oregnancy

I have high prolactin which is 66 and thyroid is  3.5 i am on cabergolin 0.5mg once a week ..since 2 and half months  and  thyronorm 25 mcg ...i am trying to conceive from  last  one year ..recently i consulted new doctor  who suggested me to stop cabergolin ..and.i come after 3 months am worried about what if my prolactin level increases again...???

May emergency contraceptive pill affect PCOD ? She has PCOD and recently consumed emergency contraceptive pill . She is facing problems like pain in lower abdomen, waist etc after consuming pill.

My wife (34) did first trimester screening on 8th June. Her free beta HCG (DELFIA) value is 160 ng/mL and PAPP-A value is 4160 mU/L. Her LMP was on 13/3/2023. Is this report is good for my wife and baby? Please answer.
