Pregnancy and Infertility

Hello sir/mam, From last 1 year gradually I'm lossing my muscle mass/ getting very thin physically. I take proper nutrition on daily basis,& haemoglobin is 10.6 g/dl, thyroid report is absolutely normal. Also took protein supplements, multivitamin, iron. But no result before 1 year my weight -48kg & currently it is 43 kg.. I've consulted many doctors, they gave this above supplements. But there is no result infact currently still I've feeling, my weight is getting loss also body mass. Sometimes its feel completely energy lost from the body, even can't hold pen while writing  .What could be the reason behind this... Please help me.. what should I do

I had c section 20 days ago, today I took pangap dsr accidentally, now I am feeling heavy in chest also hard feeling to swallow and having burp, what to do? When this will go away also pls suggest something to recover from it.

Hello we are planning for IuI this month . Doctor prescribed letrozole 2.5 mg which was started on day 2-5 of period . Scan on day 8 suggested 2 dominant follicles on left ovary size 17.9x14 mm and 10x9 mm and one on right ovary 8x7 mm. ET lining is 8.9 mm We checked with scan today which is day 10 where one follicle in left which is 15x14 mm and one follicle on right was observed with endometrial lining of 8.4mm. The size of follicle reduced from day 8 to day 10 and doctor suggested it can be observational error and told to take it as 16 mm as average . Suggested to take FSH injection today and tomorrow and asked to review the scan again on Friday evenings or Saturday morning to check for follicle size. Which day is better to do the scan ? And what if the follicle ruptured on Friday and IUI is done on Saturday . Will timing impact the IUi if follicle is already ruptured on Friday and we do the IUi on Saturday? Will egg stay for a day before it degenerates. Kindly suggest .

My details today at day 10 of MC - E2 level - 59.767 pg/ml (method - Serum ECLIA) Follicle - right ovary - 14.1 * 9.7 mm ET - 6.9 mm triple layer (proliferative phase) Are these in normal range and should I try to conceive this cycle? Please guide me
