My moms pelvis pains alot during periods. Below are the usg of abdomen and pelvis. Is it something serious.? Any further tests are needed or not.? Or will cure with antibiotics?

Could you please share her age ? Shows features of adenomyosis could be the reason for her pain during menses . Kindly connect for further queries
