Does the medicines after C-section affects in milk production? I have planned for a c-section after 3 months. From now can I do anything to increase my milk production after delivery?

My wife has undergone colour Doppler ush today ga by lmp- 34 week 3 days
Ga by usg - 33week , fhr - 132 , weight- 2274 kg
But placenta anterior maturity grade 3 ...My question is does grade 3 so early is something to worry.. but blood is normal

Bleeding after misoprostol
My doc prescribed 2 medicines for mtp. I took second dose ( 4 tablets ) on 21 august and passed clots after that i am having bleeding like 2 day of period its been 4 days and bleeding is still same , i am using 3-4 pads in a day. Is it normal? Is this heqvy bleeding?
