Hi Doctor, I had a general doubt, is spotting for a few days with lesser amounts , sometimes on and off(on  offon the day with spotting)considered as periods? This make me confusing as myself ( a pcod patient)  and my mother( of age 48, who had pcod a few months ago) have same issues of getting into spotting sometime for 2 or 3 days. So i am in a doubt if i have to consider every spotting timeline as periods.

Hello doctors we are ttc for 6 months and our gynec yesterday has planned for asked us for IUI tomorow if there is a rupture and asked to get follicle scan today . We got the scan done just now and it showed 21 mm on left ovary and when contacted she said it will take few more days to get the egg to rupture and scheduled for Monday . She asked to get HCG injection tomorrow between 3-5 pm. Sunday is a holiday so I'm just worried that the egg rupture can happen tomorrow or Sunday and we might be late for IUI if we do it on Monday . Will HCG affect rupture immediately? Is 21 mm good enough size and it can rupture .? It is 12th day of period today . I'm just concerned that we might miss the timing of iui. Kindly advice based on situation. Thank you.

Hello, I had previously connected with a doctor who is no longer available on the platform. I just wanted quick help understanding the prescription. Context: I don't get periods unless and until I get on birth control or pop meprate. To fix this problem, I was told to take the attached prescription medication. Kindly help me understand if the syrup and mentioned tablets need to be taken after/during/before getting periods via meprate? Because I remember taking Yaz/loette (previously prescribed by another doctor) on the 2nd day of periods. Is this how these medications work too? Also how long would I have to take these medications? 3 months? Please also let me know if this is an effective solution

Hi Doctors, As everywhere it reads that we should drink water on empty stomach in the morning, also suggests to have dry fruits as first thing, it confuses a lot. Many articles also suggest that we should not take dry fruits and water in small intervals..how we can manage to have dry fruits and water in the morning? I am understanding IVF. Egg retrieval and embryo formation is successful. But my endometrial lining does not increase after highest dosage of estrogen, prp and gcsf also. Transfer is cancelled as endometrial lining only went to 5.9 on day 15 after all the treatment.

She has a regular cycle but this month she missed her period and it is already 8 days late. She has been on a diet for this month and eating only once. Does this can affect the normal cycle. Please help or suggest any medicine

Hello doctor, I have done follicular scan today which it day 14 and size of DF on left ovary is 25x18mm. Doctor advised Hcg trigger today and plan for IUI on Monday . I'm concerned that the follicle size is too big and IUI might not be ideal for this cycle . Since tomorow is a weekend and hospital is closed we are concerned about IUI at this follicle scan . We will get the USG done tomorrow to assess but want to know if at this follicle size IUi is recommended if it ruptures by tomorrow . Kindly suggest . Do not want to pay for IUI if it's not a feasible option.

I am on ovral L from past 1 year due to endometriosis condition. I have no pain now and my periods are regular but from past 3 months I am seeing very less flow. Periods last for 3 days but the flow has drastically reduced. Is this normal?
