Pregnancy and Infertility

Hi. Am a patient with endometriosis for the past 6 years. Have a daughter who is 4 years old( follicular study and HCG injection was given to conceive, after that had c section). Now that we are trying to conceive for the second time Did follicular study this cycle Lmp 1/9/23. Day 3 to 8 given letroZ 2.5mg Day 9, 12,13 Day 16 of follicular study et 10.3mm. Follicle ruptured. Given HCG 5000iu in day 13 when follicle was 19.6mm* 16.3mm.. Had IC on day 9 to 16 (5 times). Doctor advised to do for 1 more week. But couldn't do. From day 16 advised to take duphaston 10 mg 1-1-1, taking from day 2 surema XT 0-0-1. After I started to take duphaston feeling nauseated and having acidity. Also developed rashes in the face. Is it normal? Pls advise if we are going on the right path.?

Uterus and both fallopian tubes are well opacified. Uterine cavity is normal in size, shape and smooth in outline. *There are multiple filling defects seen in the cavity ? air bubbles*. Left fallopian tube is normal in course,caliber with smooth outline & free peritoneal spillage is seen. Right fallopian tube is normal in course, caliber with smooth outline & no peritoneal spillage Is it normal...? Air bubbles means?

My periods late 11 days. And my last period date was 10/8/2023 but still my period haven't come. I couldn't recognise what the problem

Hello I had a c section delivery 50 days before and bleeding stopped 15 days before. But today I have seen some bleeding , is it normal

My wife is already using thyronorm 88mg. We had thyroid test today . T3 - 93 T4-8.45, TSH --0.23. TSH is showing very less. How much thyronorm mg to use for this TSH level. Earlier report May 2023 -- TSH --0.6 August 2022--- TSH --- 0.08 Problem--- severe Haifall from 1 month
