Period 7 mnths post delivery
I got period in 6 months 4 weeks post delivery, is this early. will it impact my milk qty as still feeding alongwith solids to baby. can I continue regular exercise as getting sharp pain in tail bone while getting up after sitting at a place as office work has also started. also cramps are intense, is this also normal

Getting periods after 6 months post delivery is normal. Tail bone pain is called coccyxdynia. U have to stop sitting for long time. Sit on cushioned chair. Exercises can be done. For cramps check your serum calcium and haemoglobin

Getting menses after 6 months is okay. U can start weaning the baby off the breastmilk. For the tail bone pain, avoid  sedentary lifestyle. Consult an orthopaedic of severe.

No it's not early it will not impact milk quantity yes you can continue regular exercise start taking calcium supplements regularly Calcium deficiency could be the reason for the pain get an ultrasound and to find out the reason for the cramps

It's normal to get period after 6 months. Sit on soft cushion for tail bone pain. You can do excercise
