Food post delivery

I delivered a girl baby.. Can I eat fruits like pomegranate, banana, apple post delivery.. what else fruit s can I eat! They say post delivery v should not have green chillies is it true and why ?

Hello, You can consume pomegranate, banana and apple or any other frutis you like. Also, you can eat green chillies till you do not face any issues. Ensure that your diet includes high content of proteins, calcium and vitamins for good health of you and your baby.

Dear Practo user, Yes. You can have fruits like pomegranate, banana and apple. You can have all the fruits which you were having prior to pregnancy. There is no truth in that one shouldn't have green chillies. Your diet should be same as it was during pregnancy. Attention required for consumption of proteins, calcium and vitamins.
