Bleeding post delivery

Asked for Female, 33 Years

Hi, i had my c-section delivery on 30th April 2025, and my bleeding is abnormal. I had continued bleeding upto 6 weeks and later i have bleeding for 5 days and it will be stopped for one week again it starts. I had a scan done I've attached my scan report. It's this harmonal imbalance or is ter any tissue left after delivery. Please help with this
