Ovarian complex cyst, grade 2 fatty live
Hi, I had severe abdominal pain. An ultrasound showed there was an ovarian complex cyst measuring >5cm. After one week visited a OBGYN and was advised to repeat the ultrasound. This time the report shows no complex cyst, but a grade 2 fatty liver. Now I'm very confused. Are the ultrasound wrong? Or is it something else?

I have to go through endometriosis surgery for the second. First time surgery was handled by general surgeon who is laproscopic specialist but not gynecologist.
Is that better to go with gynecologist who is specialized in endometriosis and laproscopic surgery rather than a general surgeon?
