After using freedase 30 irregular way my period has stop one month now today my period has come but with flow like this discharge are also there And I also has a ovarian cyst

Hi there, My rubella IGm is positive since 2 years and I have to abort my baby twice due to that. Also, I took MMR Vaccine in June and after 3 months again IGm is positive. Can I plan my baby ? What can be the reason of IGm positive since so long? Please help. I want to conceive.
