Double marker test
I am 29 years old, and carrying 4th month. We don't have any family history of downs syndrome. But in my dual marker test the probality of dows syndrome is showing as 1:469. Doctor suggested that it's high risk and need to go for NIPT. I have attached my dual marker and NT scan report. Please let me know is it high risk or not. Many thanks in advance for your response 🙏

As per your report you have a moderate risk of Down’s syndrome in baby. Double marker test is just a screening test and it is not confirmatory. And downs can happen even if you don’t have a family history of the disease.
Next Steps
In my opinion you should go for NIPT. It is just a blood test.
Health Tips
Most of the times the report is normal. But it’s better to get it tested.
