Went through IUI on 14th day of the cycle. Was prescribed dydrogesterone for next 15 days. Spotting started after stopping the medication. No full period but just spotting since 20 days after IUI. Did the IUI fail?

I got my d and c on july 6th and till then I haven't got my periods. Its more than 2 months now. I have taken medicines too after doctor's consult. Also done body checkup and ultrasound. Reports are normal. What shall I do?
