Pregnancy and Infertility

Recently I did sonography for ovulation study, on 12 th day follicles right ovary and left ovary : MSF AND endometrium thickness is 8 mm And on 15 day same only endometrium thickness increased to 9 mm. Please suggest and what it means.

I m pcos patient and have taken regestrone for 3days thrice a day. It's been 9days had my last pill but still not getting my periods.
