I am 26.
I have right ovarian cyst of size 38*36mm.
Shall I monitor it for 3 months before taking any medication or will it grow in size in 3 month.

Emergency contraceptive pill
I took ipill on 22nd july after that i got my normal periods on 31st july. Suddenly, on 15th aug it started bleeding heavily it did not feel like period blood i consulted a doc and had trapic e 250 mg twice a day for 2 days. I am not sure when will my next cycle start?

Issue of irregular periods
Recently I did sonography for ovulation study, on 12 th day follicles right ovary and left ovary : MSF AND endometrium thickness is 8 mm
And on 15 day same only endometrium thickness increased to 9 mm.
Please suggest and what it means.
