Breast pain of breast feeding mom
I am a breast feeding mom of a 45 days old baby. I am feeling severe pain in the left side of the left breast since today morning. I am able to feed in the left breast but it pains. It pains even when I touch with a finger. Kindly advise what could this be and how to cure.

Try milk expression. You can use hand expression or breast pump . U can take analgesic too for the pain relief. Connect for better understanding

This breast tenderness maybe because of excess milk accumulation in your left breast .
This may need physical examination to rule out mastitis.
Hence kindly head to your obstetrician and get evaluated.
For now you may use ice packs and express excess Breastmilk

its due to excess milk..u need to remove the milk when not feeding the baby ..aslo put ice packs

It could be breast congestion.... accumulated milk can cause such problems... hot pack massage and let out all the milk...then feed the baby..
In congested breast baby also finds difficult to suck...
