I've been having severe stomach cramps for the past week,sometimes so bad I can't even move, but no period. Been taking ibroprofen every four hours, but doesn't seem to do much

I was having a little vomit on the next morning.Took ipill on empty stomach.Thenwent for latrine.After that nothing happened.No body pain,headache,bleeding or vomiting.Periods on time also.do u think that the pill has flushed out during latrine?
