I have problem irregularperiods & exces

I have irregularperiods with excessive bleeding so please suggest any precaution and with severe stomach ache the bleeding doesn't stop by the end of the month also

Do pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy if possibility is there. If negative, start tab trenexa 500mg three times a day for 5 days Also consult a gynecologist to find out the cause of excessive bleeding. Once bleeding stops u can start OCPs for regular cycles.
