Feeling my breast heavy
Last 3 days its feeling that my breast are heavy and paifull, whats the reason behind it? I pressed my breasts and feels that on bothside but on the chest not in the mussle area, that there are somthing those feels high. what do i do

Breast tenderness can be normally present in case of premenstural phase, you will need to take some supplements ...if you r exercising then also there might be pain in near by areas..thirdly due to some pus formation. If you have fever or severe pain show to a doctor. Wear a breast support i.e. Bra in the day and loosen it at night
