Breast swallowing & heavy
Usually i had little breast pain / swallowing at the time of periods, brest getting heavier too. Which get to normal once period cycle is over. But now i have same characteristics again even after periods, for last 5-10 days my breasts start getting heavier, little bigger and have pain into it..
( other things to mention :- i feel that my overall weight is also get increased by 2 to 3 kg in last one month, we had a holiday tour to goa in past week , i usually avoid to wear bra, no big / serious medical treatment happened with me ).
So,
what to do now ?? Is it normal ? How to reduce pain ??

Hiii...there r various reasons for cyclical n non cyclical breast pain.
Next Steps
Get ur breast examined by gynaecologist for ne lumps..ultrasound of both breast is advised to completely rule out any absence of disease.
Health Tips
u can use cap evion 400IU twice a day along with cap primrose oil once a day for about 3 months.get into habbit of wearing bra for breast support.
