Breast pain around left side nipple

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Having mild pain in my left side breast around nipple area... but I couldn't feel any difference in size between both the breasts, no lumps felt, no arm pit, no fever... but I felt nausea for past 2months but haven't vomited even once...please let me know what cud be the reason
