With PCOD, cycles can run irregular even without pregnancy, so being over 10 days late isn't unusual on its own. A negative test this many days late makes pregnancy unlikely if it was done correctly with your first morning urine. Breast tenderness, constipation and mood swings together usually point to a hormonal shift around a delayed ovulation rather than pregnancy.
Next Steps
Repeat the pregnancy test after another 3 to 4 days using first morning urine to be fully sure. If your period still hasn't come by then, a pelvic ultrasound and hormone panel will help explain why this cycle is delayed.
Health Tips
See a gynaecologist in person if you develop pelvic pain, unusually heavy bleeding, or no period at all after another two weeks.
