Breast tenderness but no period
My last period was 29 Oct, I have a normal 30-31 day cycle, I have breast tenderness for the past 5 days, but periods is not coming. I had a intimate encounter with my bf on 22nd Nov  where he touched me outside my pants (but it was wet with vaginal discharge ) and his finger might have a little pre-ejaculate in it.   I read in internet that pregnancy is sometimes possible with pre-ejaculation (but we didn't have any genital contact)  and it made me very anxious and stressed for the past 10 days. I was probably ovulating on 22nd Nov because I had egg-white discharge which changed to aqueous or aqueous milky white ( i am not sure) the next day and now I have very little milky-white discharge for last 3days. I don't know whether my period is late due to extreme stress or pregnancy is possible (I don't have nausea or spotting). Could you please clarify the risk of pregnancy in this situation?

Pregnancy is unlikely in your condition with the pre ejaculate .Hence need not do test for pregnancy as the semen has never entered the vagina
Next Steps
wait for the periods to come spontaneously
