Knotty feeling in breast
Recently, I have started examining my breast and found knotty feelings underneath the skin mostly above the areolar portion in almost both the breasts but the left breast has one more pronounced knotty feeling just around the areola underneath the skin, I'm worried if these are normal breast tissue or something serious pls help. I'm on medication ovral g for pcod and is also on 4th day of my periods, there's no skin or nipple changes.
