I see spotting 10 days after my periods and it has been 4 days now. It occurs mostly in the evening. I am worried as I have dermoid cysts which are around 6cm and have not removed it surgically. Is it a problem ?

I want to get my periods 3-4 days early this time, tell me some medication of home remedies for the same

Trying from Jan 2016, Diagnosed with pcod from August 2016 from pelvic scan. Was under metformin for few months. Tried a cycle of smartova+metformin, letroz+normoz+thyroxine , siphene+thryroxine+Vitamin E, thyroxine+folic acid. Nothing worked out. This month , only on thyroxine. What next? Running out of time :| Depressing. Need help and suggestion.

I had my period on 27th April ...had I pill on 2nd saw spotting on 7th may ...went to a gynaecologist she suggested me primolut-n for 15 days ..after taking 6 days I left d medicine as I was not feeling well ..nothing happened for two days but today I am again having spitting and lower abdominal pain..in sonography I was said to have bilateral polycystic ovaries ...before this incident I never had all ds...though my periods lasted for less tym of around 3 days bt I never had such issues...plz help

Irregular menses. I have periods twice a month. one is according the date and other 15 days after the first one. last month the second period lasted for 13 days and just after 2 days regular period started.
