Hello. I am a healthy 23 year old female. I exercise weekly, eat a balanced diet, and do not smoke/drink irresponsibly. I had HGSIL Last year and just received my first clear Pap smear as of this year. If I stay in a monogamous relationship, how likely is it the virus will reoccur? Does my immune system destroy it for good or just suppress it?

My wife has not had her period in 4 months. I think its because she is too skinny, she is 22 years old and is 5'6 and only weighs 109 pounds. I try to get her to eat more but she's afraid she will look overweight and dent listen when I tell her its not true. she is only eating about 1000 calories a day. Could this be the reason she is not getting her period? And also is it bad for health to not have her period for an extended amount of time? Thanks in advance!
