I am not getting my periods..done with ultrasound today Opinion- free fluid is seen in POD(no idea what is this),right ovary shows cyst/follicle. I have pain in left side plus from past 3 days severe pain in leg and stomach. Please do the needful. Is it something serious? What can be done for treatment. I have put on almost 8kg weight during 4 months..
