Pregnancy and Infertility

Iam 37 Yrs. I have irregular periods for past 2 years only. Once periods come not stopping for 15 days. My report shows 12mm endometrium thickness and bulky uterus. Now I am in 13 th day of periods and still bleeding . I am prescribed Musli kairadi kashayam with prawal bhasma b/f and kutajarishtam 15ml a/f. Is it fine to take?

I took deviry for 3days and I forget to continue the same. Bleeding was stopped but again it started after 3days it's continuously bleeding and pain in stomach I constant to doc. She told me to take the same for more three days. Today is a second day still bleeding is thr. What to do. ?

I am getting periods irregularly since last 4 months. This month also i am yet to get. But we are planning for a baby from last one year. Last month i got periods on time at 29th day. My fertility window is 4-5 days. This time i would have get period on 26/aug, its already been 5 days crossed. I suspect i am concieved but, i tested my self but -Ve.

Last month i got my routine ultrsound where i came to know that i have polycystic ovaries ,although my periods are normal ,and i got my hormones tested .they are also in normal range ,.nwwill this effect my future fertility ,if yes what medicine should i take
