My TSH is 4.1 my doctor have prescribed me thyronorm 25mcg for 2weeks and thyronorm 50microgram tablet for 1month. Am I really suffering from hypothyroidism or not

I've been having abdominal cramps and twinges for a week now. The cramps get worst since a day ago. I was expecting my period two days ago however, it started last night. Before my period came I saw some brownish color discharge . I forget to mention that I saw a pale pink blood like fluid when I wiped.(I saw this about 6 days ago).

I have period problem....and pcos problem ..doctor prescribed novelon tablet for 3 months..to solve my problem..my question is can this tablet solve my problem?after 3 months is my period comes regularly...(per month)...can I pregnent when I take medicine?

I've been having pains in my lower left abdominal and have been experiencing chills and nausea. I was seen by a local doctor last month for this and they diagnosed me with a tubo ovarian abcess. I'm not sure what to do.

I've had periods that are very normal with its actual signs, as in swollen breasts bloatness, but this time it started 1 week early very watery and thin, no clots.
