Uterus enlarged in size 87*45*52 with bulky cervix and there appear an ill defined hypoechoic lesion of size approx 31*40 mm in the myometrium of posterior wall of the uterus s/o? Uterine fibroid.

Thyroid test was done earlier. But their is no thyroid. Ultrasound  is done on 19 July. After day my periods occur. Now, August is over n it's almost 12 days late. What step I have to take?

Is it safe to take mifepristone and misoprotal to abort 8 weeks pregnency? Does it have any side effect ? Can it be taken without doctor's prescription? Does heavy bleeding as a side effect of those medicine occur to every women that take those medicines?

My ultrasound report says both ovaries are normal in size, having small multiple follicles and and increased stromal echogenicity . The ovaries have follicles located peripherally . right size: 34x28x16 mm left size:26x25x15x mm Mild free fluid in POD volume (left) :8.3 cc volume(right):5.1cc please , tell is this all serious?
