Hi, I am delayed periods for last 6 months. This month I had some brownish - reddish discharge for 1.5 days and since then I am having menstrual pains but no periods. Also, I have had dry humping with my sequel partner.I am also having a lot acnesuon my forehead. Can you suggest what is the issue. I have had my period on and off for a few weeks. Somedays it is light, spotty bleeding others it is heavy, but then no bleeding for a few days and starts again. I am not experiencing any pain, or cramps as I once used to with my normal period. I do not feel tired, or sick.

We are planning to climb the stairs .if I'm strained i get my periods sometimes. I'm a thyroid patient.i have breathing problem also .
