My ultrasound result is Normal size retroverted uterus Secretory phase endometrium Cystic structure right ovary probably physiologic Normal left ovary What does these mean? Im having a long period of almost 1 month and 2 weeks already.

Its been almost 2 months since my wife underwent a C-Section. At times she complains a mild pain in the surgery area when she intentionally presses that C-SECTION Area, Also the pain triggers when sleeping on Tummy. Will the C-SECTION pain goes on its own. If yes, how many months to take for complete healing. Do we need a scan to know the healing status ?
