My wife delivered a second baby during May month and my elder kid age will be 5 years for this November. My wife wants to undergo tubectomy procedure. Could you please suggest the best time to undergo the same and how safe it is. Also is it fine to have this surgical procedure may be after 1 year from the birth date of second kid.

Hi I was being diagnosed PCOD and I have seen 3 doctors till now but still can't get my periods periodically and it is resulting in continuous weight gain. Please help.

I have been experiencing irregular menstruation cycles for sometime now. I have always had an issue with irregularity, but the previous cycle was longer than my usual time period (7-8 days) and now my next cycle has started 3 days early despite the previous cycle being longer than usual. My cycles were just getting on track and the previous cycle has left me a little worried. Kindly advice on a suitable course of action. My thyroid,cholestrol, prolactin are all normal but I still get mid cycle spotting sometimes two times within one month. USG shows few 6mm cysts on right ovary. Why is it happening? Is it normal?periods are normal.
