Pregnancy and Infertility

Previous record of right ovarian dermoid teratoma removed by surgery 1yr.ago. Normal menstrual cycle with no/negligible pain as recorded pre and post surgery. But severe right abdominal spasmic pain reported abrubtly at any time of the day,pain is prolonging during night. There's a swelling(muscular swelling) over the last bone of the rib cage towards the abdomen. Condition prevalent since last 3/4 months. Bowel movement is normal. Aged 27, under no medication. Previously before my period I feel mild pains around my pelvis but now the pain is too severe especially about a week to my period and the pain last for about 10 to 15 minutes. Am scared I don't know if its normal or not

My sister had a myomectomy 1 month ago. Uterine fibroid of 3 cm was removed. At that time they did HSG and left fallopian tube block was cleared. Today when she repeated test they were unable to see fallopian tubes. Dye is not going in.

I am anemic as a result of my heavy periods. I had an ultrasound and no fibroids or ovarian or endometrial abnormalities were found. I had a 10mm thick endometrium in the secretory phase. What do you think is the cause and what should my doctor be doing to manage this?

Hello..im 50 yr old acheived menopause 6yrs back...18 months back i noticed sum bleedng and i waz diagnosed as bulky uterus...now again 3 days back i had leucorhea(white disharge)nd today while voiding noticed a clot nly once...can u suggest is it ok normal condition or anything serious to look into

Hi Dr. My wife is not having periods since last 3months. We have checked 3 times from prega-news and every time results were negative. We have done hCG blood test also. In which the hCG level is <2.4, which means not pragnent. Please advise why the periods not happening & what should we do.
