I am 20 years old. I was diagnosed with PCOS 5 years ago. Before diagnosis I didnt get periods for 4 months approx .. after diagnosis due to exercise I started getting periods but the flow was very less.. and now I have stopped getting periods. What should I do? I am not getting a correct guidance and being a college student and staying outside I am not even able to manage my diet. I am gaining a weight very rapidly.. Plz help me

My periods ended on 31st aug nd i took ipill on 3rd sep ..suddenly on 10th sep night,it started bleeding,which was very minimal ..and now its 4th day,it is still going on ..bt vry little bit nt as much as nrml periods ..vry little bit ..plz tell me wt is it? I have a chocolate cyst of 5 cms. As I'm 29 years old my doc advised me to conceive, hence she put me on clomid first month didn't work. Next month on letrozole for 5 days then on 10th day HCG trigger shot after wich we tried but didn't work out. Now it's my 10th day I have been on letrozole and even taken fsh injection. Today in the scan there were two follicles of 12/7 on left ovary n on right it was 13/7. doc asked me to wait For two days and get the scan done again. But currently I'm experiencing pain in the left side of stomach might b due to cyst. My concern is am I undergoing the right treatment? We were using contraceptives till we started this treatment. Please help
