Last month I had done abortion. And this month I am expecting my periods which are 3 days delayed. But I find brown discharge and some brown tissue discharge. What do I do?

I changed the brand of my pill and ended up bleeding for three weeks which started after clitoral stimulation with my partner. I was then given by my doctor a no period/ break pill which stopped the bleeding! However the same thing has happened and I have began bleeding again after clitoral stimulation. Why is this?
