Pregnancy and Infertility

Both ovaries are enlarged in size with normal shape and position . Multiple(10 in numbers)small(4 to 8 mm)follicles are seen at peripheral region of both ovaries having dominant echogenic stromal contents. 2.5×2.6 cm size unilocular anechoic cyst seen in right ovary(functional)

Right Overy is enlarged in size (approx 40*31*45mm, 30 cc in volume). It shows a cystic lesion with internal echoes within it measuring approx. 22*27*31 mm, 10 cc in volume likely suggestive of a hemorrgagic/endometriotic cyst. A clear cystic lesion is also seen adjacent to the right Overy measuring approx 17*13*22mm, 2.7 cc in volume likely suggestive of a press ovarian cryst/exophytic follicle.

I have had regular periods all my life, i have been off the pill for a year now and only started TTC in july 2017 since then i have missed 2 periods, have no symptoms, negative HPT and negative blood test. what could be the problem? what can i do to help conceive if i do not know my cycle and have no period to calculate between?

Good morning sir my name is jeeya age about 18 year I have done a whole abdomen ultrasound which show a cystic lesion of size 2.78 cm seen in right overy . Plz suggest me how to care or treatment . This is treatable by medicine or required any kind of surgery ?

Ok for almost 2 months I did not have a period then on Aug 31st I started around early morning but that afternoon I had just changed tampon and within 5 minutes had blood running down leg. I have not stopped bleeding since then and its been heavy the whole time. At first it was like chunks were coming out now it looks like actual blood not the same as period blood.

My pus cells is 4-5/hpf and epithelial cells are 3-4/hpf and bacteria are present+ ,what should i do..im 26 yrs old..

Hello doctor, i had a foreplay on aug22 with no penetration but for safer side i took mpill My last periods was on july30 However i strtd bleeding on sep1, the flow ws heavy for 1-3days and lasted for 6-7days is it my normal period or sideffect of mpill? Also wen i took tab i had no side effect of it like nausea or headache

I've been on Cerelle for 7 months and my period is still so irregular, started fine having a week long period about every six weeks. But in the last 3 months I've had a period that lasted 3 weeks, was off for three days then another that lasted 2 weeks was off for a week and now it's back again. The flow is so light that it's hardly worth it. What do I do?
