My periods have delayed for a week n still my back and stomach is paining a lot haven't got my periods wat to do?

I have not had my period for 5 months now i have recently been diagnosed with pcos . Should i be worried

Hi got my period 3-4 days before my period date.. I am on femilon since 4 years .. This time period was too too light with almost no bleeding but it has been 15 days days i am having spotting daily but that is too little almost un noticeable .. Just a dot kind so .. Feeling too tired not energetic since then some times pain in lower abdomen .. I have consulted a doctor .. She said to see this cycle .. I am 29 years old and have a 2 year old daughter

I did not get my periods for two months. Doctor prescribed Meprate 10 mg. Should it be taken once a day or twice? I have taken it once a day for 5 days.
