Pregnancy and Infertility

My USG Folicular Study, requestig expert opinion on what to do next. UTERUS Anteverted and retroflexed, is adherent. Normal Size. Total Endometrial Thickness 8mm. Cavity empty. Fundel region shows a subserous fibroid of 13mm. Poster funder region shows an intramural fibroid of 15 x 13mm. OVARIES Right ovary measures 8.5 x 5 cm shows a cyst of 51x41mm with internal echoes S/o endometrioma. Left ovary measures 6.3 x 4.2cm is adherent and shows a cyst of 45 x 35mm. Both Ovaries are adherent.

I have been receiving irregular periods and blood colour is brick red and is thick. What can be the cause?

I've been having irregular period from last 3 months. July i got it a bit late and the flow was very less for the first 2 days and 3 day it was a bit more. In August it was all perfect, on time and perfect flow. In September again late and and it flow was less but it continued for a long time that is seven days usually my periods get done in 4-5 days.

She also put me on duphaston 10mg twice a day for just 7 days and said I had free fluid in uterus on scanning and that there was a good chance to conceive this month I wanted to know can stopping duphaston lead to a miscarriage?
