Pregnancy and Infertility

I am a 28 year old female having a 3.5 year old kid and now i am tring to concieve for 2nd baby. gynic checked my fsh,lh and tsh levels and it came out to be fsh: 12.17 (the max limit they had was 12.5) and lh tutned to be 9.7( max limit they had was 12.17) tsh is 3.6( max limit they had was 4.2) . and doctor said reports came out normal but if i want to concieve I have to take 25mg of thyroid pills otherwise if i am not trying for baby that pills are not needed she said. so please advise me

I have PCOD and have had a myomectomy. I usually have irregular periods, these days I am having a pain in my lower abdomen. it seems I have gained weight in my belly and it pains while walking and sitting. Please advise what is to be done.
