For the past 4mnths my cycle has been unbearable i can almost feel the cyst.

I think I have a hemoroid and Its swelling. I have at least 40 different STDs

For the month of September my date was due on 25th but I got my periods on 2 October so no periods in the month of September!! Though I had those changes in my body and all those pains but no periods! I am confused what could be the problem please guide !
