I would like to skip my period

Asked for Female, 19 Years

I am visiting my boyfriend next week and would like to skip my period as it should come next weekend. I stopped taking the birth control pill in September but still have some packs left. Would it be possible for my period to be stopped if I started taking my pill again the day after tomorrow? If not is there anything I can do to skip my period?
