Pregnancy and Infertility

Diagnosed with PCOD please help with tips to cure naturally and concieve. Have not taken any medications yet. Periods are regular.

I had normal delivery, after dissolving stitches still sevior pain in that area from last three months I'm using placentex from last one month but problem is still there. My gynecologist had prescribed me sum antibiotics but there is no improvement in that, suffering from sevior pain during micturition, burning sensation is there and when I clan that stitches area at one point only sevior pain and sum blood spot observed.my gyanyac told me that stitches r still wet please suggest me sumthing

I have ovarian cysts and my weight increase in 1 month 6 kg i done blood test and my results are as below tsh 1.9 t4 7.8 micg/dl prolactin 428 mcu/ml would you please tell me does it have any problem in my hormone and any relation to my weigth ?
