Pregnancy and Infertility

I have missed my period for 3 months till now I didn't get my date. I would like to know what is the issue.

It's about 4 month that I missed my periods and it happen for 4 years that my menstruation cycle is irregular

About 3 months ago my period started getting alot heiver and for the first time my breasts started to get really soar, big and heavy feeling before my period. my cramps are also alot more intense. I am 25

Not feeling any movement for last 1-2 days and 7 months pregnent is this normal

My friend took primolut-n 1 tab on 5th october and 3 tab on the next day. Today is 10th and she still hasn't got her periods. She needs to leave for a 5 day vacation starting from 12th night. She's afraid her trip might get ruined if she gets her period during the vacation. What should she do now? There is not much time left. Can she start taking period delay pills? If yes, which medicine should she take? Thank you for the answers in advance :)

I have a cyst in right ovary which is 8 cm. Doctor said that go for surgery its a best option. But i asked medication. She preffered ovaral l along with iron tablet  for 6 months. Now i need second opinion for this.

I've been spotting for the past 9 days I'm not sure if it's my period because this is the time my period was supposed to come. It is very light blood and only happens couple times a day.
