Taken 3 unwanted 72 last month n now my period is late.. it's already 5 days late

Last week I noticed a spot on the upper left side of my genitals kinda close to my belly it was dry to touch and just poked up a bit but it also hurt to touch but after putting hot water on it went away, this morning I noticed another bit on the right side a little lower. Should I be worried ? I've bre with my partner for a year now and we are both clean and safe we were tested when we started dating
