My wife did a HSG, when she under going the test she had bleeding. because of that liquid not fallowed in the flupin tube. Is that means Flupin is blocked?

Usually i hve my menstraul cycle on 1st week of every mnth, but this time it started yesterday with light brownish colour of ments and wwhite patches after a while.
