How to take regestrone 5 mg tablet to delay periods?? PLEASE Help me about when and what dose is tobe taken to delay periods

Take tab primolut N 5 mg thrice a day for five days, starting from four days before the expected date of periods,u will get ur periods three to five days after the last dose .
